Christmas is my favorite holiday. I love the cold weather, snow and being around family and loved ones. One of the traditions that I look forward to the most happens on Christmas morning. As much as I like opening presents, this tradition starts prior to the ripping wrapping paper pandemonium. Every year my mom makes quiche for breakfast, and it is the best quiche you will ever taste! It seems like a very simple dish, but not one that I ever find myself having except on Christmas morning. She usually cooks three different ones, and over the years of trying many different kinds, we have kinda stuck on these three favorites: pepperoni and feta, jalapeño bacon cheddar and broccoli cheddar.
