Mulled amber ale is so unbelievably easy. Here is the recipe I use and some of my favourite ales.
A nice Irish whiskey makes a perfect partner in crime: Red Breast or Jameson preferably. Perfect for a musical pairing with songs such as "2000 Miles" by The Pretenders, "Fairytale of New York" by The Pogues, "Fuck Christmas" by Fear or "Saint Stephen's Day Murder" by Elvis Costello & The Chieftains.
